Refund policy
By placing an order with ZunoFilm, you agree to the following Return & Refund Policy. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase or order number. Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards, sale items, personalized products, perishable goods, and opened hygiene or personal care items. To request a return, please contact us at zunofilmbusiness@outlook.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase and cannot be cancelled once processed or shipped. We reserve the right to refuse refunds where items show signs of use, parts or packaging are missing, fraudulent claims are suspected, or our policy is being abused.
